Our Structure

At the Grassroot People and Gender Development Center (GRADE), our structure is intentionally designed to deliver sustainable impact at the community level. We operate through three interconnected pillars that reflect our holistic approach to development—addressing immediate needs, building long-term capacity, and amplifying community voices.

1. Capacity Building
We equip women, girls, and youths with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive. Through trainings, mentorship, and leadership development programs, we strengthen individual and community capacity to drive positive change from within.

2. Charity (Humanitarian Support)
We respond to the immediate needs of vulnerable populations through targeted outreach and support initiatives. From food assistance to health interventions and care for elderly women, this pillar ensures dignity and relief for those facing hardship.

3. Voice (Advocacy & Media)
We amplify the voices of vulnerable groups and promote social justice through advocacy, storytelling, and community engagement. By influencing attitudes, policies, and public discourse, we work to create an enabling environment where equality and protection are prioritized.
